Alright... enough time has passed where saying he plays his heart out in the playoffs isn't enough. The dude played his heart out in the layup last year and got hurt... he played his heart out in the playoffs the year before and got outplayed by Odom. He needs to show up this year... if he doesn't he ain't getting a pass from me. The problem with Knicks fans is they want to hold Melo to high standards but Stat get s a pass because "he came here first".

dude are u seriously getting on him for being injured from a back? how can someone predict that.

All i know is that game 1 when he was healthy he abused Garnett and we were robbed by the refs.

simply put amare has more stones than bosh! i have facts to back that up. Can Bosh hit a jumper....sure....congrats

Bosh doesn't? Last year he was the best player on the Heat during the PS up until D-Wade in the finals.

Stones don't get you wins... performing does.

What has STAT done in the playoffs lately? That's all I'm saying... reputation only goes so far I want to see him produce... I want to sit back after a playoff win and say Stat was the guy tonight.. he brought that win home for us.

knicksosmoove wrote:I think Bosh is SOFT. I think he's so soft it's a fundamental problem with his game. I think that the fact that he mostly likes to face up at the elbow means he's difficult to fit onto a team sometimes because his jumper gets wonky once he starts going farther out which means he doesn't space the floor well, and he doesn't get the passing angles of a post-up player. For a guy as smart as he is, he averages way too few assists.

That said, I would much rather have Bosh right now than Amar'e. Bosh is one of the best shooting big men in the league and has a lot more finesse to his game. He also has a brain. It is too bad he didn't develop his game properly because he has the tools to be a really, really good second option. He's wasting his talents on his current team.

He was actually quite good in Toronto, albeit timid and even more timid on the Heat. I think that Spolestra is not making greater use of his talents as a third option by only allowing him to be THAT jump shooter and not that low post offensive threat that he is known to be. Although he played well against Dallas in last year's finals, I am hoping that Bosh doesn't show up against the Knicks, and with that I will take the aggressor Amar'e over the non-aggressor Bosh....

yeah and stones help u win down the stretch and make big plays in big spots...its why Lebron doesn't show up in the 4th qtr.

Here's the google search for you of all of amar'es game winners...

http://www.google.com/search?q=amar%27e ... 8&oe=utf-8

You've got one on NBA2k3 and another that didn't count.
