It depends on which angle you see the attack. Posteriorly, it looks like a flop. Anteriorly, it looks like a flagrant especially with he charging.

Maybe Gadz could end up doing a choke hold and bodyslam LeBron, get a Flagrant 2, and end up getting thrown out of the game. Idea is to knock LeBron out for the series and playoffs, while getting ejected from the game.

Anyhow, how the heck does LeBron end up holding his neck there? Was his neck anywhere near the hit on the pick?

i agree that tyson shouldnt have leaned forward but lebron is a big boy, tyson was probably just bracing for the impact.

Is it a flagrant 1, 2 or just a heard screen?

Ask yourself this ;

Would it have been considered a possible flagrant if it wasn't against a superstar?
Would it have been considered a flagrant if it was by a superstar?

The answer to me is a resounding no on both

The fact that the nba is a league where one can and must ask themselves this kind of question - a league where the rules are applied differently based on a players popularity - is a travashammockery

The nba is a joke and Stern is to blame

i think it's about the business model. The refs are there to protect the product. Ideally, that would mean protecting the competitiveness and fairness of games. But more and more, it's about protecting the personalities that sell tickets and merchandise.

The NBA is the biggest scam right now. The fans are the ones who should go on strike.

I agree, but it wont happen. Only time most fans care is when its their team that is getting negatively affected by it. For most fans if their team is winning they could careless. And that goes for us Knick fans too. I'm equally disgusted when I see it during other games too, but to alot it doesnt happen unless it happens to your team.

The fans should go on strike, and the DoJ should be investigating the refs instead of the player's association.

Just a little insight from a fair Heat fan. Was it a flop? Hell yes. Was its foul? Absolutely. I think a figured out why they called it a flagrant. The screen was totally unnecessary. The ball was being dribbled up all the way on the other side of the court. I guess what I'm saying is name the player that Chandler was setting the screen for.?
