So, we should trade Melo for David Lee right? since Lee's never lost a playoff game...

There were a lot of losers in the western conference through most of those years... The Spurs and Lakers were just too good. Put those Denver teams in the east and they reach the finals more than one time.

I'm guessing tmac ain't play 50 playoff games, but to call melo the biggest playoff loser is out right dumb. There players that never got out the 1st round.
Ny players always get bashed, I mean look at mark he never had a losing season, but yet sport outlets bash the jets cause there're a ny team and mark is the qb. You think if mark played for a smaller town he would get bashed like he does now? I don't think so. The guy has 4 playoff road wins in 3 years that's history.
Let's look back, when melo was on denver he was a viewed as a top player, best scorer behind kobe, now he's on ny he's viewd as a me 1st player, a coach killer and now a loser? Come on this team hasn't done this good in years, but so some act like we have 30 rings and melo is hurting our rich history. Let's forget the fact most of the teams he faced was the fav to win it all most of the time.
Bat 8.0-Kings
HC- Monty Williams
PG-Darren Collison/Luke Ridnour/Scott Machado
SG-Kevin Martin/Jeremy Lamb
SF-Wilson Chandler/Corey Brewer/Luke Babbitt
PF-Antawn Jamison/Dejuan Blair
C-Dwight Howard/Brandon Wright/Bernard James

You've got 4 times total where Denver lost to LA and San Antonio in the first round before each of those teams went on to beat everybody... then you have the one time Denver makes it to the WCF... then you only have 2 more years Melo was in the league and one of them he was as a rookie.

IMO, he would have made it out to the WCF more than once if the Denver FO were smart enough to hook him up with a legit low-post threat, rather than those faux "centers" they had in Nene and Kmart.
there is only one year i think melos DEN team can be blamed, was it against UT they lost?
but other than that they lost to better teams

Carmelo Anthony is Tracy McGrady 2.0 and what I mean by that is both guys have great talent but was never winners at the NBA level. Anthony if he is not scoring bring nothing to the table. He doens't make those around him better. In fact he makes those around him worst because Melo is a ISO player and a ball stopper. Never was a big fan of his all around game. You can be a dominate player without scoring. It would be nice to see Melo take some ownership tonight and actually guard Lebron James for a full 48 minutes.

Not only is this contradictory, is just flat out wrong.
Melo brings more to the table than just scoring unless rebounding doesn't count either.
BTW how many dominant SF's can you think of that don't score?
And if you expect Melo to play 48 minutes tonite, then your expectations are ridiculous.

The better superstar won in 2009. You switch out Kobe for Melo on those Nuggets and the Nuggets win that series. The Nuggets had just as much talent as the Lakers that year because Bynum could barely stay on the court because of injuries.

Even tthough they lost to way better teams, Melo didnt play as well as he should, I think he has only played really good three out of 8 years in the playoffs, he just gotta play a lil better, but in his defense the odds are always stacked against him, sometimes its really hard to over come that adversity.
