No sympathy for Amare. Selfish, stupid act despite his hard year/season personally.
And I'm looking forward to Game 3 more because of his idiot injury. I think our chances, while still bad, are better of winning at home without him. I expect better team defense, rebounding and ball movement. Woodson's biggest mistake was inserting Amare back into the starting lineup. He didn't earn that and now e have an excuse not to play him.

How was he selfish?

He's making $100 million from this team, he's a captain who is supposed to set the example for the younger and newer players to this team. He injured himself off the court and lost control. It was a selfish act that wasn't basketball related and he now is out because of it indefinitely. How is it not selfish? Yeah I appreciate the anger but I'm sure some of his teammates like Chanlder, who has won a ring, were angry too but don't punch walls to show it.

I don't agree that it was a selfish act. I mean, he didn't intentionally want to hurt himself. He was just showing emotion.

At this point, I don't really expect the Knicks to win. But I do expect the Knicks to give 110% every minute and every possession and lay it all out on the floor. Send the series back to Miami if you can. If you can't, make them earn those friggin wins. I'm sick and tired of opposing teams' stars putting up career numbers in the Garden.

Lol dude what is your fascination with Amare? He was pretty much useless out there. Its a good thing hes done. Get Jorts out there to clobber those punks and we can see a PF actually box out for a rebound for a change. Should be a pretty cool thing to see.

Woodson has no trust, and in turn, he's wearing guys out. Jorts should have played since game 1. Why does he need to push a hobbled JJ for 6 minutes, when he can barely move? Look at Pop; no problem playing his young guys.
This is the reason I am losing faith in Woodson. With Jorts, you know you get defense and rebounding and on some days he can put up points. There was no reason for him not to play first two games with the ways Jeffries is hobbling around. Now if he doesnt play Jorts with Stat out, I will lose confidence in him going forward!

Woody doesn't have much trust in rookies, execpt of Rook he barely played Jorts/Jerome, even in blowout wins.

We definitely don't play enough of a goon mentality. Since we're going to get called for the foul everytime Lebron drives, might as well foul hard every time. Sick of those And-1's.

And this is the reason why no looked at him after Atlanta, well i.e. until the Knicks decided to call him to continue with our dreaded curse...

Remember Woody refused to play Jeff Teague over Bibbys crippled ass in ATL. He might be more stubborn than Asstoni.
