I don't see how you can joke around and find pleasure out of someone who just got injured. I know, it is his own fault but you still don't joke around about it. Especially since he is on your favorite team. Not a good way to represent our fan base, or show support of your teams players.

Amar'e let us down, not the other way around. He deserves whatever he gets from the fans.

I don't agree. The entire team let us down.

Im mad at what he did during the game. Not after. I seriously saw rebounds go right over him. I saw him battle in the paint and not even leave his feet for rebounds. Twice I saw him turn his BACK on the ball handler when he was the closest player.

Most of these lead to easy buckets and 2nd chance opportunitys for the heat. Missed free throws. I saw one free throw bounce almost right back to him on a free throw. But he had to adjust his glasses. And thats something I always wondered. What would happen in the event he missed a free throw, and he had a choice to make. Put his glasses back on or rebound. Well I found out.

His numbers in the box score are a mirage. He got most of that when we decided to give him the ball and clear out for him during a block of time. It started out with a traveling violation. Led to a few baskets and fouls. It came at a time we were in the game. If I remember it was late in the 3rd. The end result was a double digit hole that could have been cut to around 6.

Thats why im mad at him and why I wont be defending him nor paying attention to his bark no more. And it was not just this game. Its been all season. Under 2 coaches.

Ok so the guy is not and has never been a defender. I can live with it. I wont hold something against him I was never expecting. But for c'mon man. You cant go get the ball? When its in arms length? You cant put your big frame in the way of a little guy who is right in front of you and at least make him change direction? You turn your back?

Best decision he made in that game was to give wade a free dunk. I think wade expected the only knick in the picture to contest. That was stat. So we went extra hard and became confused when Amare stood still and ended up missing the dunk.

This guy gave us a few good months after he signed his contract. The team was not winning but he was posting MVP stats. Then he fell of the face of the earth and has given us 3 playoff games. That we lost.

I read what he has to say. You dont fool me bro. You feel sorry for yourself and want sympathy. Let me tell you something. This fan base has been sympathetic to all of you personal situations and forgiving of your lack of preparation coming into the season and your lack of effort through it.

You talk the talk but dont walk the walk. You got time for gold teeth. Tattoos. Hats and hair styles. Time to take photos in the gym. But wheres the effort? C'mon man. Dont you realize its the sacrifice this fan base craves?

Dont you realize punching glass would have been forgiven after a loss had you left it all on the floor that night?

I dont care that you busted your hand after the game. I care that you didnt bust your ass during the game. A big game. And you have been doing this off and on all year.

The last time I remember you doing this was in PHX after coming back from eye surgery. You played the first half of the year uninspired. You were involved in trade rumors. Once the deadline passed you turned it back on. Then got paid here.

So we wait and wait for you to turn it on. When you came back from the back injury, we saw flashes again. So we know its not your knees. We know you can still run and jump. When you feel like it.

Well I dont feel like making excuses no more. I put more effort into venting than you did into playing. We all make mistakes. True. I have punched windows in anger. When I was a teen or in my early 20s. I also had gold teeth and braids. It was the thing then.

But you not even trying duke. You not. All we wanted as fans was balls to the wall. Give it to these guys. Win or lose. Earn some respect. Instead its been lost after a great run to end the season.

If woodson is not running plays for you, and your teammates are looking you off I can give you the reason right here right now. Plain and simple. You have zero presence on the floor. None. I dont even know you out there anymore. I have to search for you in the crowd of players.

Sense when does anyone have to search for amare stoudemire?

Now I dont have to search. Cause my phone is blowing up with texts, emails, and tweets about you. And its not what you did on the floor. Its what you did off. So thanks for making my team the joke of the NBA again.

On the court, yes. Off the court, Amar'e is the only one who took himself out of the series by punching something.

Agree completely. When he was out and we were winning decisively as the season wound down I saw every player on the team to a man play better defense than they had at any other point bar maybe Chandler and Shump who were already exceptional. Now I'm watching this clueless bastard meander around the court like a lost child. If everyone else on the roster could buy into coach's system and improve defensively then why couldn't he? The same guy who bitched and moaned about guys not buying into Pringles imaginary offensive system can't be bothered to buy into Woodson's defensive system. How does that work? How come a guy like Novak although he's weak physically and has zero athleticism can play better defense than a guy who is still well above average athletically despite injury? What could possibly account for that? Effort and or IQ. That's what.
Has anyone ever seen Paul Pierce and Plenette Pierson together? I rest my case.

Amare should be benched and booed, how in the hell are you dumb enough to get YOURSELF hurt back to back years in the playoffs. Come on, how can anybody back this guy up really.

If melo did this he would be hung. The most important part of the year, and he let us down AGAIN.

And yet we're still waiting on that first playoff win since forever. I'm not gonna bow down to a guy who took max money, yet is playing like he's not even worth the MLE.
