Depends if you get a deal like I did ;)

You also need to take this into account
-You are being coached by personal trainers. When you consider how much personal trainers usually cost per lesson, however much a box costs per month pales in comparison

I was Crossfitting out of my college gym, then the gym I went to over the summer and then moved into my garage, so I know all about the prices. It's completely different being coached by someone than it is working out by yourself. If, however, you cannot afford the pay to go to a box, just do it where you can.

Crossfit boxes encourage poor form that is stupidly dangerous.

That's blatantly wrong - if any coach sees bad form, they stop the person from doing the exercise -- or at least, they are supposed to. At the cert, they teach to ramp up the intensity only when the athlete has shown proper form. If form breaks down, you lower the intensity and go over what the person is doing wrong.

They don't "encourage poor form." That's the furthest thing from the truth. Increasing speed does not necessarily lead to form breakdown. However, it can...and, if it does, you lower intensity. You can get hurt doing exercises the wrong way at a globo gym if you have poor form.

I'll listen to Rascal Flatts when they come on Pandora, but they aren't my go to country singers. Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan, Florida Georgia Line, Thomas Rhett, Brantley Gilbert, Dierks Bentley, Eric Church, Jake Owen, Randy Houser (has a few songs I like), Tim McGraw, and Taylor Swift I love listening to.

Wrote a paper about James Dolan's egotistical persona and nepotism last semester. Paper was so well written that it was recomended to be sent to CBS Sports... Got an email regarding an interview this week.

Also, thanks to my campus being across the street from the Jets training facility, I sent my resume over and have an interview with the Jets next week as well.

Making moves man.
Brooklyn Nets
Damian Lillard - Rajon Rondo - Trey Burke
Victor Oladipo - Wes Matthews - Javon Carter
Caris LeVert - Derrick Jones Jr. - Glenn Robinson III
Andre Igoudala - Killian Tillie - Trey Lyles

Grats.

I'm more interested in that Dolan paper though. :) Every step counts. Big or small.

**** these craters they call potholes!!

Why didn't I put on my stock wheels & raise my ride height this winter?? Holy **** man.

That's 4 tires (1 flat & the rest were sidewall bubbles), 1 cracked wheel AND an oil pan, plus now she's acting squirrely when I try to dodge them at the last second... my poor baby!!!

That's it though, she's not coming back out on these roads until they get patched up.

I'm gonna let the truck take this damn abuse.

This can't be real. 2 internships. 1 week. I had my interview today with CBS Sports and have been offered the opportunity to write for the website. For now I'll be working excusively on the NFL Draft, but my articles will be posted on the main site.

Starting as an intern now, but am extremely excited for the opportunity.
