Kentucky has the worst team that they've had since Calipari took over, wouldnt be surprised if Nerlens gets exposed and drops out of his expected top-3 range, especially with guys like McAdoo poised for a big season

He can play a stretch 4 (in college) because he has good range and a soft touch on his jumper. He's been good at the FT Line too, so when he gets the ball, good things usually happen.
I think your forgetting how good Larry Johnson was...

Michael Carter-Williams is developing into a special prospect aswell. Archie Goodwin has all the tools in the world but he has A LOT to learn.

I'm still trying to watch Michael Carter-Williams play (passed out before last nights game) but his assist, steals, and rebound numbers have been impressive. Hopefully his poors fg% and questions about his D will keep him in our range
Only other pg I that hasn't been mentionis Russ Smith from Louisville. If he can keep his 3 point shooting up, that plus his speed and defense could get him into the first round.

Lorenzo Brown 2, stock has dropped like a rock due to his ridiculously bad start to the season but he’s talented and has great size for the position at 6’4.
Do you think Russ possesses the decision making ability to play point in the NBA?

Honestly? No, but he might be able to get there. Right now he looks more like an instant offense and energy guy/pest on D to me. He has toned down his crazy shot selection tho which is a step in the right direction.
Lorenzo's bad start wouldn't hurt his stock as much if he wasn't already 22 ( and on his way to 23 before training camps start next year).
yaboynyp wrote:Yeah I don’t buy him (Russ) being a legit PG prospect but the scouts like him and in his defense I’ve only seen Ville play once this season. One thing we do know about Russ is he can definitely defend the position..
True regarding Lo Brown, if he turns it around I could see him as a late first to early second round guy though..
SonOfMars wrote:All this PG talk and no one mentions Trey Burke?
He's getting less minutes and his assist numbers have jumped by almost 3 from his freshman season..
Obviously lacks size, but is that even a concern in today's NBA?
