I can understand being upset by all the work you have done but remember YOU DO NOT OWN that footage. It's not yours and by using that footage without proper permission is considered stealing.

This type of stuff hurts a lot of people. Work shortage is low and the major leagues & broadcast networks around the US are cutting down on Videographers in general because of how easy it is to get a hold of these footage and quickly uploading it to YouTube before the network or league even has a chance to do so.

I love highlights as much as the next guy but this is the work flow we live in. We have to respect the code. Don't get angry about it.

How does a NBA fan uploading videos to youtube put anyone out of work? First of all I can't even find any game highlights except the daily zap? which shows maybe 3-4 plays at the most and I wish I could see a more extended version and not the crappy quality ones they show on nba.com.
It's one thing if the NBA was actually putting out decent highlight footage for the fans but they're not. It just seems they want you to pay for league pass so they are putting very little effort into uploading decent content on youtube.
