Looking at individual games does nothing for intelligent analysis.

Houston is picking Memphis apart right now, but I still know Memphis has a damn good defense regardless of whatever the final score becomes.

You're right, but you also have to remember that Houston has the 3rd highest ppg in the league. I was expecting a blowout either way, thinking that either Houston will crumble due to their inexperience, or that Memphis wouldn't be able to handle Houston's fast paced game.

There's a reason dudes like Jared Jeffries, Landry and Novak all turned into offensive outlets last year for NY. Jeremy can dish/create. 11 assists tonight while sharing PG duties with Harden and with some great passes bobbled by Asik under the basket as usual.

Felton needs to take some notes and maybe put up double digit dimes instead of 30 shots.

When you put 3 point shooters around Jeremy, it's going to be lethal. Coincidentally, Houston always has 4 players who can shoot the 3 on the floor at all times.

It would be very telling if Nash is placed on the injury list in the future... can't help but be reminded of the PHX medical staff and the reputation they've built over the years... whether it's warranted or not.

Also while Kidd is no spring chicken, he still plays defense and does it with every trick in his repertoire. Love the fact that he can double up as a spot up shooter.

Yeah.. just saw the box. Dude's +/- has been VERY good these past few games.
