This is a much more serious injury than Amare though so while yes this is good news, and yes it means he's probably close, I think he's going to need more than a couple practices before he comes back in games.

We're off today and tomorrow, no reason he wouldn't see some minutes on Thursday unless there's a setback from practice. But once the doctor clears you there is no further medical clearance needed to play in a game, that's Woody's call.

I expect to see him get a few mins either Thursday or Friday. Hopefully this board doesn't overreact if he looks like garbage in game 1.

IDK too much about these injuries but "cleared for contact" does NOT mean hes going to play next game...
