I still believe that Pau can be a 18/10 guy for the next season or two. He'd do that comfortably at the Raptors for example.

Zero chance. Cuban not sacrificing cap space for Gasol and Kaman is better than Pau ATM.

First claim may very well be true. The second is true statistically for this season (I know, I know, your favorite measure) but I think a change of scenery and the correct role will do Pau well. He was 17/10.5 last year at over 50%. I seriously doubt dude has declined that much at 32. His game is so skills based.

Pau seems like he's physically breaking down. I agree that he's a very skilled player, but when your knees are shot, it's difficult to show that skill. He starter playing at a very early age and he has a ton of mileage on him. You can't be that surprised at his decline.

Raptors yes. Other places? probably not so much.

Well let's assume for a second that Gasol is still the guy who should have won Finals MVP in 2010. If you add him to a team that is already a 4-6 seed, and you only give up bench players, how does that not lead to a contender?

And if Denver is not a win-now team, what are they? How do Iggy and Miller fit into any kind of long-term plan? What are they going to do with all of their players on cheap rookie contracts? At the rate they're going, they'll have to let most of them walk, and they'll be left with no assets to trade for the star that they desperately need.

Sorry, I know it's blasphemy to criticize Denver's FO. Their strategy of stockpile assets, playing "team ball," and perpetually losing in the first round (and then use the first round exits as fuel to whine about the plight of small market teams) is basically deserving of a Nobel Prize if you ask most nba analysts.

ared Zwerling ‏@JaredZwerling

Chris Andersen is likely on #Knicks radar, but no serious talks or workout. The free agent is very tight w/ JR Smith from Denver & Grunwald.

I'd rather have K-Mart tbh.

I feel like Zwerling is just throwing out obvious names from this offseason. I don't put too much stock in his sources..

He was their sixth man imo, it's a pretty big blow, I think they'll slip some, but if they trade Smoove....

Lin and Parsons benched to start the 2nd half in Minny.

P-Bev and Delfino start the half in their place. But P-Bev blows his opportunity. Gets his 5th foul, then gets a tech.

Yeah that was hilarious seeing him jawing off over there talking to no one.

This would seem like the perfect game for them to snap their losing streak, but it just seems they have zero confidence in there games right now.

This has to be the worst game I've seen Parsons play.

MVP chant for a D-Leaguer?

Johnson has played well, but come on.

Houston playing like total trash, only bright light is Delfino and Smith and some energy from Toney Douglas tonite.

Amazingly this game seems like a complete blowout but Minny doesn't score alot.

They could actually get this if they played three consecutive minutes of good basketball.
