people think jr smith takes bad shots and has a low bbiq...? just wait until you see beasley and brown (to a lesser extent).

I assume you have never seen Brown play in the half court. All he does is dribble the ball twice, back ups and takes a contest jumper. Beasley at least posts up and attacks the basket.

i've watched the suns plenty this year. i said to a lesser extent because his bbiq is low, but not as low as beasleys. beasley still takes contested long 2s.

was thinking the same thing. isn't beasley shooting a worse percentage than jr?

jr is at least cheaper, and has a better chance of going for 30 on a given night. i'd take jr over beasley.

I wouldn't expect Brown to get heavy minutes. Just an example of how Dolan can use his fat wallet to give us an edge in trade talks.

How about Shumpert for Bledsoe? We need a PG of the future and they could use a defensive ace. Billups slides from starting SG to backup PG. Bledsoe will continue to benefit from strong leadership. Tough to give up on Shumpert but it's easier to find defensive stoppers than quality point guards.

If we need a quality PG, where does Bledsoe fit in?

no Beasley and no Brown please. we already have JR as streaky unreliable volume shooter to ruin the flow.

Cope & White for Telfair

Suns open up time for Marshall and save a little money. We get some speed at the point.

Sign K-Mart

Then trade Kurt, BOS 2014 second to SA for Blair if really want to get rid of him.

Knicks (healthy):

Tyson/Sheed/Camby
Amare/Blair/K-Mart
Melo/Novak/Brewer
Shump/JR/Kidd
Felton/Bassy/Prigs

Yes. I mentioned DeJuan Blair earlier in the season.

I think he could be had for peanuts. We have a shot at getting him and I think he'd definitely help us.

I believe the Knicks will be looking at the following teams for trade:

New Orleans - Lopez

Phoenix - Gortat

By end of the week you will hear a Kobe to NY rumor for Amare + JR + Copeland + 1st round pick. With Kobe refusing to waive no-trade clause.

no way. they're already guard heavy. if shump could play SF, which we know he shouldn't/can't, then maybe. only reason kings would consider this trade is because reke is going to look to get paid soon, after this year i believe.

Why would we want to be the ones who (over)pay him?

i like jarret jack, but i don't know how this could work, or if GSW would part with them. i know they mentioned that they're looking to unload their smaller contracted players. of course, JJ would only be a 1 season rental also
