If we could get Tony Wroten for Brewer and Copeland. Then sign Martin.

What player can we get in a salary dump? Knicks can offer Brewer, KT and White for a total of $3.1M.
Is there any player within the $3M - $4M range that's available in a salary dump?

Do we want Jason Terry? Anybody else?

We do not need to make any moves via trade. The only thing I could see us doing is picking up K Mart. We have a need for a young backup point guard but that can be addressed through the draft.

Anyone against trading for kyle Lowry. 26 strong pg. 2 yrs 11 mil left on deal. Great 1-2 punch with Felton.
Probably have to part with Novak to get this done

Trade JR for him. He is awful since first 20 games. He has some flashes since then but overall he is AWFUL!

JR needs to be traded. We need a reliable shooting guard who is money. Reddick comes to mind. Afflalo would be great. So as Mayo.

In any situation, JR has to be on trading block. This is not a shooting slump he is having. This is brain freeze.

Agreed. We have 3 guys who can create a shot in Melo, Amare, and Felton. We need somebody who can actually be an effective role-player. Courtney Lee is another guy who might be available, although I'm not sure if Boston would trade with us.

Trade Brewer and Copeland for Tony Wroten a 6'5 pg and then sign Martin. Use the pick to get a young big.

Trade what?

Felton and Shumpert. I would do it. Lowry has what it takes to be a top 5 pg. I wish we would do this trade.

What are the chances that we actually make a move around the deadline?

No, Felton-Brewer-Copeland-Kurt & Camby for Lowry. No Shump.

We're not trading JR. He showed loyalty.

Woah...

Out of all th PGs out there Felton and Lowry are extremely similar, well, aside from Felton being almost 2 years older - more of a lateral move - thus, including shump is a ridiculous proposition

NY Trades: Amare, Shumpert, Prigioni, Kurt, pick
Toronto Trades: Bargnani, Lowry, Ed Davis, Kleiza

They start Calderon, Shump, Derozan, Amir Johnson, and Amare w/ Anderson and Fields off the bench
We start Lowry, Felton, Melo, Davis, and Chandler w/ Kidd, JR, Bargnani off the bench

Salary-wise, we're still in that 3 year window of expirings.

I'd rather not give up Shump, but if it had to do it to get lowry, I would.
