Been awhile since i've posted, been keeping up though, my sentiments are with most at times, not the over reacters (even though I understand and love the passion) all I got to say is... Knicks man.. Knicks! They can do no wrong in my eyes, even when they do (Scarface bad guy monologue voice) Ima Ride! Les Fuggin GOOOOOO!!!!

Great addition, lets hope he's ready! I might add-I will add, imho we should of moved White instead of Brew, I believe he's more valuable come playoffs, but 2nd round picks could be cool, meh, you never know... whatever lets ride! 8-)

I hope he's in shape...I hate that we gave Brewer up for a 2nd rounder..we would've been better off dropping White..we were actually winning games when Brewer was starting

Look man..I'm watching these games, particular last night, and I don't think to myself "we need Kenyon Martin or another big". I'm thinking we need some perimeter defense. Now whether that could have been addressed at the deadline is another story but I feel like Brewer, if put back into the rotation, would have made a slightly better impact than Martin because he is helping us at our weakest position. While Martin will be good insurance for Rasheed and Camby, there's a good chance he wont even play when they return. That's three guys for 1 PF/C center spot if they're sticking with Melo at the 4. I just feel like people are forgetting our faults because we got a guy who can give some energy and defense off the bench for 10 minutes a game. Some guy even wrote we're making a Finals run.

Right now the team needs more help than Martin. Whether that's within, as you mentioned, or not is up to debate. I personally don't think you can "turn it on" after two months of bad play. That shows it's become more than just mental. Our guards are struggling and I think this is more physical than mental.

I'm pretty sure somebody already posted some info that he never did stop working out, just waiting for his chance with a team...we shall see.

Why are any of you doubting his physical shape? He's never been in bad shape has he? Injuries yes, bad conditioning no.

Should we sign Eddy Curry to a 10-day?

Bulls look awful versus Miami.

LOL at this thread. Adding KMart helps - he is not totally washed up like Camby and Rasheed.
Play time is over.

I still say we should have just traded for Lebron. At the very least they could have gotten Steph Curry for Novak.

I realize that but the dude has like negative body fat percentage. He's a Rodman type as far as physical fitness. Conditioning is not a K-Mart problem.

I'm not saying it is. I expect him to be in shape.

I'm just acknowledging that nobody knows for sure.

But if Birdman kept himself in game shape, I expect the same from KMart.

Hell, Wallace was playing in NBA games after what? 2 weeks?

I hate the be the one to rain on anybody's parade, and I hope I'm wrong on this, but there's a reason - or reasons - why no other team took a shot on Martin for all this time and why we're only giving him a 10 day contract. So, I'd relax fellas.
