We made a furious run that gave everyone hope, only to look like we'd fall short in the end. But, led by JR (30/4) guys dug in, made plays, and turned in our biggest comeback of the season to cap it all off.

It was good to see some fortitude in a game that ultimately meant nothing to us. The young guys showed some heart, and Cole straight killed it (13/16/5). This is also a glimpse of what we might look like next season, so it was interesting in that regard.

Farewell 2013/14 Season.

JR Smith Superstar! Who needs Melo anyway??? ;-)

Nice way to end the season with a winning streak against playoff teams. should've played like that earlier in the season and we'd be talking about our playoff opponent now. :-(
too many urkels on your team, that's why your wins low

Why does GONYK make every single postgame thread? Its kinda boring that way and the posts themselves don't bring a lot of insight to the table.

Of course we got 6 months to figure this stuff out

Phil can start going to work now...Cole continued his onslaught of quality work that should tell Phil all he needs to know about Woody's job in NY. JR ended the season in a fashion that makes me want to watch him for half a season with Phil's guidance. Hopefully Ray Felton never starts again.

Those last 70 seconds, Randle in a nut shell.

Awful 2 for 1 3PT attempt when we are up 2
Doesn’t close out on Sabonis --> open 3
Takes another side step off balance 3

We got sucked into the Randle vortex where all good feelings go to die.

Man, what I would give to have Marbury at PG right now. We're bringing Odom home, we might as well let Marbury get get an NBA 'ship in NY. He certainly would help towards it.

Yup. Shump looked like Tyson in an off-guard's body on offense. The second coming of Landry Fields.
