We need to play some zone defense with LL-Kristas-Gladikas-Thanos-Grant.

Yah, Minny will kill it. We'll be right behind them though.

It will be extremely embarrassing for that TWolves team not to win the SL Championship.

Our game against the Lakers and Philly (Okafor) will be interesting. Hope we get to play the TWolves in the SL Playoffs.

I have a feeling they might play him the first couple of games ala DRose in his sophomore season.

Heh, interesting...

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ovidijus_Galdikas

According to reports, the Knicks have been watching him for over 3 years, and Knicks' president visited Šiauliai during the 2012-13 season to meet with Galdikas and watch him play, however, Galdikas was injured at the time[3]). In August 2013, the New York Knicks again showed interest in Galdikas, describing him as a 'diamond in the rough' and the 'third best Lithuanian center after Jonas Valančiūnas and Donatas Motiejūnas.[4]

During the 2014-2015 season he was scoring 11.2 points (74% FG), grabbing 10 rebounds and blocking 2.6 shots, while representing Asseco Gdynia club in Poland. Following it, he decided to participate in NBA Summer League to seek his dream of representing NBA club.[5] He will represent New York Knicks in the summer league.[6]

Here's some more info on NDour...

http://www.hustlebelt.com/mac-basketball/2015/6/26/8850943/maurice-ndour-to-play-on-new-york-knicks-summer-league-team-ohio-university-bobcats-nba?_ga=1.88075864.1160256933.1391803621

Former Ohio Bobcats forward Maurice Ndour has found an NBA home.

According to agent Eric Fleisher, Ndour will play with the New York Knicks' Summer League team in Las Vegas. Ndour will begin working out the Knicks immediately.

Ndour spent two years with Ohio after starting his college career at Monroe College in New York. Last year, he averaged 16 points and 8.3 rebounds per game while being named second team All-MAC.

Image

NDour has played for the Senegal national team. NDour is a 6'9" athletic SF/PF type (has a 7'6" wingspan!), an energy guy that can also adapt at hitting shots from outside.

His last game at Ohio University (not Ohio State University) NDour, a senior, led the Ohio Bobcats with 28 points and grabbed 11 rebounds going 9-of-11 from the field and 8-of-11 from the free throw line. He also finished with a game-high three blocks -- marking the 12th time this season he's posted at least three blocks.

The MAC conference isn't the greatest and the competition was so so, but still, he seems to have the right mindset, the right skills and the right temperament to do well. His ability to shoot from outside kinda sets him apart from guys like Quincy Acy, Renaldo Balkman, etc. that he may be compared to.

They've been interested in him for years now. Will be an interesting SL. 12ppg (74% shooting from the field), 10rpg, 2.6bp in Europe is pretty impressive even if it was just the Polish league.

The Knicks should have a very experienced team there if nothing else.

Man, it really seems like we are putting in a ton of work towards scouting especially internationally. I love it.

I totally agree. And I know its just highlights but I like this dude as a potential signing. He seems like a hard worker and I like the back story. This is a pretty good find. I'm rooting for him to stick with us.
