No BUT you have to keep in mind they have both turned 19 this year while Grant will be turning 23 this year. You have to figure they have a lot more room to improve.

Although I am still very very happy we got him and think he will end up being at least 90% as good as either of them.


another take is the extra years he spent in school have given him better fundamentals...Something the NBA DOES NOT teach. Players who don't have them coming into the league rarely develop them imo.

Grant looked real good running a complicated system he was just learning and when they weren't running it as it happened fairly regularly in SL he looked dynamic and explosive.

He has alot of room to grow, too, with star upside and even if the Knicks team won't be featuring him, he will be able to make an immediate impact as a ball handler and play maker.
