Once he dropped the Jay-Z bar I figured it was a Drake diss. Figure the king, not worried about lists and that portion is gunning at Drake too. The Big Pun chunk might be about Sean though, not like Kendrick wouldn't call out two names on one track.

was definitely at Big Sean. Sean went at Dot on his album.

Don't let this track distract you from the fact goldlink just dropped an album

IF there is one cat that Drake has NO swag against its Lamar. Its obvious Drake is scared of him. He can body him lyrically. Same age bracket. And even thoe he knows he is bigger than Lamar, he knows Lamar music reaches everybody and everywhere.

Sean is is just a bigger clown and he can't even spit.

Ehhhh maybe the first part but this

Hoe, Jay Z Hall of Fame, sit your punk ass down (sit yo' punk ass down)
So that means you ain't bigger than rapping (what else?)
So that means no more playing the backseats (what else?)
My spot is solidified if you ask me (what else?)
My name is identified as "that king"
I'll let y'all worry about a list, I'm on some other ****
A difference between accomplishments and astonishments

This all fits Drake better than Sean unless you really think Hall of Fame was the important reference in that bar. Drake compared himself to Jay-Z and they've been trading subliminals for a minute (including just recently on the Shining track with Beyonce); Drake's the only one that could try and claim he's bigger than rapping or that K dot takes a back seat to him (definitely not Sean). Same with lists and accomplishments, Sean isn't on any lists above Kendrick and doesn't have any accomplishments for Kendrick to bother addressing it.

Actually "my fans can't wait for me to son you" is way more Drake than Sean. Fans wanted that since the BET cypher diss and maybe even longer.

It's at Drake, no respectable rapper would care if Sean was throwing subliminals at them.

That's a good point. A recent DJbooth article I read had swayed my opinion. Looks like it was more at Drake as well.
