Im sick of NBA 2K's stupidity and cheating

People that just want to dribble in between traffic and try to dunk each time, will be in for a rude awakening. Don't get this game if you don't like to care of the basketball ball because you will lose the ball if you play recklessly. Which is a good thing but a bad thing for guys that like to turbo into the lane and cheese dunk.

Enjoying 2k16 so far with a few minor complaints. They still can't figure out how to make long hair look not ridiculous. And Spike Lee's career mode movie thing kinda sucked. You literally have no choices that impact the story, and the games don't even matter. The Knicks are pretty solid though. Despite being rated as the 26th best team in the league, I haven't lost a game with them yet against the CPU

The good news is, it only lasts a few games, then that part of the story ends and you can start the regular career mode as usual.

I really love MyLeague. Completely changing the landscape of the NBA when you draft your roster, then let them play the acutal 82 game schedule is great. Here's my complete MyLeague Knicks roster:

Level up.
I hate when scrubs complain about a game they invest no time into.
I rarely have time to play 2K16 because of my 11 hour shifts + boxing training + dealing with fam, but I accept my scrub level and I expect to fail and mess up in this game. You will never be a good player until you put the time in.
It's the best basketball game out there.
My only beef with 2K is MyPlayer mode got ruined by Spike Lee, you're basically watching a movie than creating your own story.

was reading the reviews on Steam for 2K16, but it sounds like spike lee/2k completely ruined career mode.

i will not be buying 2k

The story isn't too bad except for VIC! He's fning annoying as hell! They should got the route of Def Jam Vandetta, let you pick your style of Game, Pick your background, more than the 2 voices they give you, let you choose your girlfriend and her type of life ( Hood, Classy, or Gold Digging; each with their own attribute), choose your friend and Rival player! Let every decision you make effect your future out comes!

My only Qualms about the game is the CPU cheeses wayy too much! Dellavadova, Andre Miller, and other slow ass guards blow past my high rated defending guard easily! My guy misses wide open shots! I had to mess with my sliders to get the realism style like in 2k15!

played it for 3 days, uninstalled. I just don't have patience for this crap anymore. Players still morphing through other players too. I just can't play defense. I simply can't control player movement good enough. Especially on centers. I can not predict how a guy I have under control will move under some situation. Hell, I even strugle to stand in front of someone.

The computer is so damn good. I had to put it on all star to beat the Wizards by 2 in season with the Knicks. I'm not sure if the Knicks just suck defensively or I suck. Teams get 35-40 assist against me every time. I'm trying to learn how to play better D. It's so frustrating. I have to learn plays as well because pick and rolls all the time don't work no more . Took a 33 point game from Carmelo in 6 minute quarters to beat the Wizards and I felt like I won the championship lol.

i just wana say that Porzingis is a freakin' monster in this game!!!! i kill ppl online with him in the pick and pop, and then if theres a mismatch guarding him then its an easy dunk lol

I really hope that this is how it'll be during the Knicks season this year lol

Usually its him or Melo as the top scorer. Straight beast and he blocks and alters everything.

why did they absolutely annihilate the playbook?

so many good plays that are totally gone.
i was a huge fan of "91 horns 5 down" which was more-or-less the really high HORNS set that the clippers crushed the spurs with over and over again in this passed years playoffs.
also was a huge fan of "horns 14 give 12 quick" which was the horns elevator doors play.
and wheres "swing weak post 15 punch"? that double downscreen on the weakside was KILLER.
i cant find anything resembling any of these plays in the playbook.

i guess they're going all-in on having the "built-in offenses"
