Who ya gonna draft, Porzingis!

I think as a board, we could pull this off, putting some words to the existing song.

I know others can make it better LOL

Celtics fan.
We also face the Kings twice in the near future. I think it's time Yabu pays back some of that free money he's been given his entire career and bounces Fox for a nice 2 week ankle sprain.

Cause he was chucking up wild and contested shots off post-ups/ISOs.

KP needs to work on his post game over the summer.

We couldn't get good position at all. Our offence sucked pretty hard.

I don't think any of his shots were really bad shots. Maybe one or two. He went to his usual spots mostly, just missed everything. It happens.

So, are there any ways to get Kp`s stamina up? Maintenance day? (days), limit him to 20~ minutes?

Or just roll with it, and hope he gets over it?

He doesn't have the strength to make moves like dirk or kg. He also needs to develope a post-game. The only 1-on-1 thing he can do in the post is the dream shake. That's nowhere near enough.

This is true but he is only 40 games into his career. I'm looking forward to him evaluating where he feels he is at the end of the season and has a full offseason to grow his game where he feels necessary. Next year he will be leaps and bounds more developed than he currently is(scary!)

KAT had zero post game prior to college; all he did in HS was shoot 3's. He only had one season of college where he occasionally shoot a hook shot, but look at him now. It's not as pretty or fluid as Jahlil, but he already has an effective post game.

interesting stuff in here

The Knicks’ research before the draft showed he was susceptible to anemia — a condition in which the blood doesn’t have enough healthy red blood cells. He contracted anemia as a 16-year-old, when he was in the minor division of the Spanish League, because he wasn’t eating right. Porzingis said he now carries iron pills on all road trips and hasn’t developed a pronounced case since.

“I was so weak and sleepy because of the blood — I wasn’t eating enough,’’ Porzingis said. “Food changed from Lativan food to Spanish food and I couldn’t adjust. I was working out a lot, [had] a growing body and I got anemia. I have a few moments when my iron levels are low, I get sleepy and as soon as that happens, I take my iron pills and I’m fine.’’

Porzingis, who clearly doesn’t want to miss a game, has played recently through a shoulder injury and a bruised foot, but some nights he’s a lot more lively than others. Porzingis revealed he played for a week with jammed index fingers on each hand that swelled up, but have since healed.

Sources say his family is shocked he’s been able to battle through the ailments without missing a single game, keeping his Rookie of the Year candidacy alive.

Thunder star Kevin Durant said of Knicks rookie Kristaps Porzingis: "He can shoot, he can make the right plays, he can defend, he's a 7-footer that can shoot all the way out to the three-point line. That's rare. And block shots & that's, like, a unicorn in this league."
