The typical game of the 2016 season

Post#1 » by Hedda Gambler » Sat Apr 23, 2016 1:07 pm

Morning all.

As the season is over for my own team, the Jazz, I am planning to use the next couple of months to get to know the 29 other teams in the league a bit better. I am going to watch at least 1 game from every team. To figure out what game to watch, I am asking for help from the fanbases of the other teams.

What I would like to watch, is the game you guys decide is the most typical game of this regular season. I am not looking for the best or the worst game, but the game that most accurately shows your teams strengths and weaknesses. If you are a good team, that would most likely mean it is a game you won, and if you are a bad team, it should be a loss.

Feel free to suggest any game of the season for me to watch. I appreciate all your help in my quest to get to know every team in the NBA a bit better.

First game against Charlotte when porzingis hits the 3 at the end and it got waived off or the game when the ref didn't move and melo twisted his ankle on his foot kinda summarizes our season.

Don't watch the ugly ones. They mean nothing now. Instead, watch the game against Houston from the beginning of the year, where KP dominated them defensively and willed the team to a victory. Those are the Knicks you better get used to.

I agree with the good games mentioned. For the rest, you can save some time with some office supplies and a few household items.

Needed
One wooden chair
strong stapling gun
your testicles

Affix testicles to wooden chair with staple gun. Stand up and sit down 60 times. That'll summarize what it was to watch those games and shouldn't take more than 10 minutes, including prep time.

A typical game from us would be very ugly...unless u want to sit through 2+ hours of bad defense, slow pace, midrange misses, and shotclock violations. I'd advise u to watch the game we played against OKC in the Garden or the game we played against Boston at MSG where we won 120-114. Those were by far the most exciting games of the season IMO.

The request is an easy one to fill. if you're looking for a typical Knicks game to watch, then watch pretty much any loss, that's the team current identity. I would recommend watching some losses that KP actually played well in though, as he's the future of the team.

KP scores 29 points, as the New York Knicks beat the Charlotte Hornets at the garden. The garden erupts into chant of "Porzingis" towards the end of the game.
