ot: D Howard, sexual harassment?

It will be really interesting to see how the NBA handles this situation. As a HR professional for 20+ years, I can tell you that most employers have a NO Tolerance Sexual Harassment policy including jokes, magazines, visual harassment, verbal harassment, innuendos, etc and in this video - Howard's boy surely hurt Howard's case if he says he was referring to defense.

Take a look. At the very least - this young lady was just made a rich woman if she pursues it. Thoughts?

Guys you can NOT joke or insinuate sex in today's workplace! And she can state her employer placed her in hostile working environment. And maybe not rich but trust me - she can get paid. Especially if she says that insinuation had an adverse effect on her job performance.

LOL, as an attorney who's litigated these cases, this, at best, warrants some counseling. Schroder (mit umlaut) was acting like a 5 year old. She doesn't have a lawsuit. I certainly would never take it. If they had grabbed one of her very tempting titties, then they'd have a big problem.
