I see there are some real comic heads here, because I see no mention of Kevin Hart :lol:

He's become the worst, no substance.

The late Carlin, Bill Burr and Louis C.K. for me.

It's so good, Burr shouts this guy out and lets him do his thing, I think that's cool. He actually takes footage from different sources and edits the videos to go along with Burr's hilarious take on various subjects from his podcast. It's so well done I first thought that Burr was producing them.

Each one is short and sweet, so you don't have to sit through hours worth of content....like a Ximo Pierto for Burr fans. Great way to waste a snowy afternoon.

Chapelle, Mooney, CK, Rock, Pryor, Carlin, Murphy is pretty much my top tier of standup comedians. I feel like those guys are on another level to anyone else who has ever done it.

I went to a Last Week Tonight with John Oliver live show 18 months ago. I suggest everyone do this once...you will not regret the experience...

not like the footage isn't still out there. I've seen Showtime air plenty of Richard Pryor. I was recently watching Robin Harris' HBO special and its as funny now as it was then

Carlin didn't make me laugh as much as he made me think. He was so on point. Chappelle is the only guy today that I know I'm going to laugh at going in. I also love Adam Carolla, Chuck Nice & Greg Mirman.

If we go that rout, perhaps adding Stewart, Colbert, and if we want to go movies Paul Rudd?

Oliver had some stand up, but perhaps not the quantity that makes me think of him among stand up greats.
