Look - we've talked these prospects to death.

What are your feelings on friendzoned vs. friends? Do you think such a distinction exists?

It's like a pop quiz, hey can anyone name who was voted the best college basketball player this year? Id have no problem in landing Mason/Morris/Hart/Brooks in the second round, we can use someone who just knows how to play basketball. Even though I can see Phil looking elsewhere with Baker and Randle on board.
Jazz:
Allen l Wagner
Randle l Olynyk
Porter Jr l Marshall l Tucker
Herro l Okogie l Payton
Fox l Jones

Nope.

Issac is going top 5 so he's out of our reach.

Tatum would be a nice consolation prize though.

Listened to the RealGM podcast with Sam Vecenie. All 2017 & 2018 draft talk.

Sam has Tatum #2, Jackson #3 then has Ball Fox DSJ all on the same tier.

He was losing his mind that anybody had Isaac over Tatum

No talk on Monk or Lauri, which sucked because they are definitely in play for us IMO.

What I like to do is convince myself there are several different players that I really want the Knicks to have so I have maximum chances to be miserable when the Knicks don't get that pick.

Right now my tier of misery is as follows:

Fultz
Ball
Jackson
Smith Jr
Fox
Tatum
Frank N
Whatever

I feel confident I can have many bad feelings on draft day

Friend zone= there is no way out unless you basically hit the lottery.

Friends= you are that way for now.

My experience is limited in these scenarios and I would think your mileage may vary.

But notice when youre married you dont have any female friends.

If they're at all attractive and single - then for sure, they will disappear over time, mostly due to forces other than your own volition at work.

The wheat separated from the chaff. That's for damn sure.

I have some female friends now. Those that remained are the best. I used to have a lot  My single days were a classic example of youth wasted on the young.
