OT: NBA 2k9 lineups

This is the most difficult basketball game I've ever played--on Superstar I get blown out by 20-40 points every game. The offense and defense is much more sophisticated.

The computer gets ALOT of layups. Kind of cheesy.

Especially on Pick and rolls and backdoor cuts. Sometimes when I try, they know its comming and steal the ball or block my shot. I feels better than last years version though.

is the game any good? i'm thinking about picking it up but i'm not sure if i want to spend the money on it

last nba game i had was the one with shaq on the cover -- 2k7 maybe?

ie - gameplay, can you edit players numbers, create a player feature (for next season with the new rookies), etc

it took a stupid amount of practice, but im kinda getting the hang of the game a little. im 6-5 with the knicks and have won 2 straight. once you win it gets more enjoyable and i like it better than 2K8.
