This might not be a bad alternative for those with no cable or satellite.

**** and i just signed up for NBA league pass on cablevision for $169 just so that i can watch games online when im at work

I looked it over but couldn´t find anything about it... Can people from other countries purchase it too? I know that technically it´s possible, but with Hulu not being sent outside the US (property rights and whatnot).... Would they take an international visa? Would they ask for a social security or driver´s license number? american address?

If you know something about this, please let me know.. they don´t broadcast knicks games here in brasil....

Bad news. If you try to watch Knick games in NY they will be blacked out. I dont know if that applies to pre-recorded games though.

Local cable companies dont offer any games in HD.

So for 85 bucks I can watch all the games on my 47" LCD "computer" screen. :lol:

someone mentioned the blacking out of local games and i hope that doesn't screw me.

i am currently living in boston so I put that zip code for the free trial but when I got to order it in a week or so I hope I can make up a zip code like idaho or wyoming so I don't get any games blacked out.

If anyone knows exactly how this works, myself and others would really appreciate it.

Earlier they listed the countries if your country wasnt available when you clicked the link. I advise you just click the link.

So you cant watch local teams. It makes sense because they would be cutting the cable companies throats.

i made an account for the free preview using a san antonio zip code and im in ny.
right now its listing all texas and suns games as blacked out on the schedule.

and ny not but i guess we will see when it's a live game.
