To convince Miami to do Curry for Blount, you have to convince them that Curry is a positive on the court (or sweeten the deal). Otherwise you are asking them to take on an extra year salary commitment for a negatively valued player.
To ask Miami to include a Marion for Marbury swap as part of the deal makes matters much worse.

How about a 2 for 1. Curry and Rose for Marion. We get back an expiring contract for 2 players we hardly use.
