1. Chris Anderson aka "The Birdman"
This guy would do everything that David Lee has been doing but with harder dunks. He would give the Knicks the much needed blocking presence. In limited minutes (16) in Denver, Birdman is averaging about 6 points /5 rebounds/2 blocks. All he has to do is run the pick and roll with Duhon.
2. Shane Battier
Yes, his contract extends into the 2010 season. But he really would be a plus to this system. He shoots high percentages from everywhere on the floor. Our system would get him a lot more looks. He "loves D'Antoni." Direct quote. Obviously, defensively, he also gives us another option. He's one of those guys that champion teams need. Thats why I wouldnt mind having him in 2010. Obviously to get him, we need to get rid of Jefferies and Curry some how.
