Jeffries starting at guard was key....

Post#1 » by onlyonesharky » Mon Jan 5, 2009 1:33 pm

....(this will probably get merged but I wanted this to have its own light because it goes further than just the Celtics game).

I think that yesterdays starting lineup would present a lot of trouble for a lot of teams. D'Antoni is a better coach than many (including myself) gave him credit for...)
Let's give LEBRON the BLACK-AND-BLUE-PRINT!

yeah he was the unsung hero (since everyone is singing Chandlers song). Totally took Rondo out of the game to the point he sat almost the whole fourth. His rebounding and help defense on KG helped shut that big turd up.

He didn't start at guard, but he started at center and he cross match on rondo. It was a very good strategy though.

u can do that most games, if you put chandler/lee/and harrington on a team's bigs, and let duhon slide over to guard a SG

It would not work most games
most STARTING PGs can shoot
can create passes off the dribble.

But Jeffries should always be put in a position to dominate (or neutralize) on defense, so his offense doesn't stand out.

I rather that we have some more moral losses and pick up Jennings from the draft.

Funny Id rather win those games and I could live with a Collison or a Lawson.
