If the suns are in money saving mode, regardless of if we make a trade for Amare or Shaq, do you think that they will exercise the team option on Nash and make him a UFA?
If so, do you think he would sign w/ NYK for cheap (whatever the most we could give him while still being in good shape for 20100? Or would he go elsewhere for more $. The guy is getting old, so anything is possible, either go to a team like LA or BOS for a ring, or go to a place he would be more happy.
That way we could trade Duhon while he has high value from playing w/ D'Ant and before we have to reup him in 2010 himself
Does making a push for Amare help/hurt with his choice, if he is released?

our current group of guys wouldnt know what to do when playing with Steve Nash. Guys like Al would receive the ball wide open then decide to dribble til their defender recovers so he can go 1 on 1.

I think the Suns are going to continue to tinker for the rest of this season and next and hope they can retool. They'll try and continue to put pieces around Nash and Shaq and if then just let them both roll of the cap in 2010
