WALSHED UP cracks me up selling this 2010 plan as if he was so Yoda like in coming to this conclusion. Half the teams in the league were already geared towards 2010 WALSHED UP this isn't some new invention you came up with every GM is not I SAY UGH.

LOL @ him trying to play off the 2010 plan without considering who would or wouldn't be free agents in 2010.

LOL @ him saying if Gallo fills his potential he's Larry Bird in the making. Ridiculous stuff he's selling. Good grief Bird was already a Top 10 player by the time he hit the NBA. Hell Bird was a Top 10 Player as a freshman in College. He said he's further along than most rookies. Most of what rookies is he comparing him against?
