This front office is dreadful. So weak at their jobs. It really is pathetic how you can get paid for just being a warm body.

Weltman reads this post......"Mmmmh, breadsticks sound good. Parker! I need you to head out to pick up Olive Garden for lunch, you know what....I'll come with, I don't have anything going on today.

I would be shocked if we made a move. Can’t be bothered to give up any of the ridiculous amounts of 2nds we own when all thise picks are better served as cash in the pockets of the DeVos family.

I really love the annual RealGM Magic board meltdown on trade deadline day. It's a tradition unlike any other....

My thing is, why doe we always have to wait for the very last minute for a trade by the magic. I feel like every dead line a trade for the magic gets announced at 2:59.

If they are gonna make a deal why not getting done earlier rather so last minute. At that point if they are making a trade like that I feel like it's a back track move to something they have discusses before and said ok let's just do this one.

This front office really has a short amount of time soon to improve this roster or it may get extremely difficult with these rookie extensions coming up.

But don’t you see, making a trade will result in the entire organization burning down to the ground! We made a bad trade giving up Oladipo for Ibaka years ago so we can never do anything remotely agressive or risky again! It’s too scary!

I would like to see a trade, but I won't throw a fit if they do not make one. I do not see value in re-signing Fultz, Gary, Chuma etc.. so I would be motivated to move them even if it is only for a solid rotational guy who is reliably healthy.

Weltman has had this job for 7 years and has yet to add a 3-point shooter to the roster. Now he's letting the trade deadline pass with a starting PG who shouldn't even be in the NBA anymore and one of the least-productive backcourts in team history.

When giving a plus one to a post is not enough, I have to quote you and agree with the sentiment. We desperately need shooting from our guard rotation. Cole is playing the worst ball of his career. Ingles forgot how to shoot. Fultz has made one three all season. Black gets DNPs a lot as he's still a rook. Like...cmon.

It's like the trade deadline of a few years ago never happened. Vuc, Evan and Gordon all gone in one day. This "no risk" narrative is a false flag.

That wasn’t risky.

That team should already been blown up by that point..
