I'll take him back, I honestly think he makes us better and would greatly help off the bench. Bring in Gil and Fran in the offseason and I'm a happy man.

Dwight Howard did say he was going to opt in. If that was the true they would have him sign before tomorrow trade deadline. This is just Dwight way of having Orlando stale so they will be unable to make a trade. By all accounts Dwight wants his cake and eat it too. He does not want the Nets to give up any assets to land him. EVERYONE around the league knows that Howard wants to go play in New Jersey. You guys are drinking the cool-aide

Several teams looked at Giland passed. Why would we offer him a contract? Dwight not opting out doesn't mean he's staying even another year. If we got bounced from the playoffs it would only take a few comments from him to be right back to talking trade in the summer.

Your opinion means nothing here, Celtics fan.

Howard said nothing about opting in or out. All he said was that he was ALL IN for this season. LOL....Someone is just messing with the emotions of the fans in Orlando.....Correction it now being reported that Howard told 3 of this teammates over lunch that he plans to opt in for next season.

I have nothing against Gilbert. I would welcome back him for cheap. But I want Ish Smith to take a more important role on the team. This young guy has future.

There was a high profile break-up with his partner. And a whole Plancking-event that was not well received by the media. But those were not reported as major issues within the Magic locker-room.

Arenas for the Minimum as a backup after a Duhon trade is an awesome idea.

The Magic are still paying Arenas contract - though it wouldn't impact their cap and luxury tax calcs.

We still might be able to move on Ellis, the Bucks didn't seem crazy interested before that trade, they might still be looking to flip him now that GSW don't have him on that leash. He only has one year on his deal and guarantee he won't want to resign in Milwaukee, they might be interested in a solid shooting guard to go alongside Jennings for the next few years.

Arenas did get his $60 mil from the Magic. So, he is already getting paid. So, why not play for the minimum.

Lakers stole Shaq, so Magic gave them Dwight!

I thought the Magic fired Otis!

Just change their name to the LA Sterns!

Oh yeah we definitely are, we have to keep it open just in case he has another change of heart and we need to trade him.
