Earvin Magic Johnson @MagicJohnson
I'm tired of blaming the coach, the responsibility is on the @Lakers players.
@DwightHoward has to stop complaining and start dominating on offense....@PauGasol has to stop playing soft and get back to 18pts & 10rebs!
@KobeBryant is having a an MVP type season but the team needs him to be a better leader...@SteveNash scoring more and throwing more assists will help the @Lakers!
@MettaWorldPeace has to stop making great quotes and start playing great defense...@JMeeks20 has to start making better shot selections.
The @Lakers big men have to stop giving up easy offensive rebounds...the perimeter players have to start getting back on defense to stop the fast breaks of their opponents!
Coach D'Antoni has to start teaching better pick & roll defense and better defensive rotations...He also has to make sure that every @Lakers players role is defined.
Tell me again why Magic is allowed to be an analyst when he doesn't even try to hide the fact that he has a huge bias towards that particular team.
Because he's not a reporter and because he's Magic Johnson.

LATimes just updated the prognosis from one week to "indefinitely."
Al Horford was out all of last year with a torn labrum. http://www.latimes.com/sports/lakersnow ... 8576.storyOf course, conflicting reports suggest that it was, in fact, Howard's
labia--not his labrum--that will keep him out for extended time.
Al Horford missed most of last season due to a torn pectoral muscle, actually.
Nelson did, however miss the latter half of the season and most of the playoffs due to a torn labrum. I wouldn't expect Dwight to miss more than a month, knowing him.

Lal will miss playoffs--another L for them against a playoff contender today.

O'Quinn will have a longer and more successful NBA career than Nicholson. Any takers?

Will the Lakers end up with a better record than us?

Looks like the Kings will be no more. If this sale goes through, they'll be in Seattle this upcoming season, in the key arena for 2 years before the new stadium is completed. Seattle Supersonics, Seattle Kings? Superkings? I hope they keep supersonics.

I think Seattle got to keep their nickname so I'm sure it'll be the Sonics again.

I'm confused. If this was the end of the season, then I would understand.
But at this point, *if* the team was sold (there's nothing finalized yet right?), a move wouldn't happen until the off-season, no?

Oh ok .. That's what threw me. It was as if that was the last broadcast for those guys. I know there's been talk about Seattle ownership group perhaps buying the team.

This Portland team is playing with a lot of fire... they just took the lead with less than a minute to go
Edit
Portland won... that was fun to watch
