Damn...got pounded. Time to make a big adjustment.

Josh smith is a problem so I'd like to start the defensive beast that is lavoy Allen at pf and Gasol at c.

Pf Allen (24)/Gasol (24)
C Gasol (20)/Seraphin (28)

Hornets Mavs game 7 update posted!

Hats off to kneega, his activity and adjustment made it close matchup which he deservedly went on winning in 7 games.

In real life games I wouldn't expected for JJ to perform on that level as he is career .458 TS% in playoffs and declining each year.

I feel good about Mavs as presently constructed and believe we would knock down Hornets had I taken efforts to adjust on time to improve spacing.

Of course you believe that... I guess you believe free candy could have been "player of the game" against a hornet team that's much better than yours -defensively... For all of jj "decline" last year was his BEST rating defensively  He's always been up and down regarding his TS.... Technically "decline" isn't an accurate word to discribe what has happened to his TS btw...

I can see where the bitterness about Harringtong comes from, but stretch 4's that can light it up from 3pt are scheduled to produced statistically when played next to dominant big.

I personally love your team more on the offensive side where Pekovic and Lawson excel, while Battier can spot up in the corner. Defensively, I see problems in all 3 of them.

Just finished my pimping. I was surprised by how much I got into it and probably went over the top.

I'd also recommend people do a salary chart like I did because I feel it may help the judges evaluate things. I had an extremely young team last time I did this and showing my team's cap space helped convey that it had a bright future.

Hopefully people actually pimp and this is finished soon so we can get to the judging.

We should probably try to start finding judges soon so we don't have a long wait between the end of the pimping and the results.

Does anyone know any users who would probably do a good job? Some of the people on the knicks board who have done BAT's would probably be willing to help out. It would probably be best to have judges from multiple fan bases, although we can't be too picky.

That would be fine, I'd also be fine with us judging as long as there is no rigging or anything (or self voting). We should be able to do that

Rockets pimpage complete.

Not feeling the "us" voting thing, would rather get outside opinions as most guys have already determined who they feel are the best to better teams.

That sh*t would be a terribly anti-climatic way to end this. It'd ruin this BaT imo. A month wasted in all honesty.

knicks BAT 8 just started. i'm looking for an ast. GM if anyone is interested. i get final say in all proposals, but you'd be there to take full reigns if i'm unavailable (i'm a teacher and school is starting up soon). you'd be more than welcome to make proposals to others as long as i get final say in each.

So how long do we have to wait to do another B-a-T? I already have the threads created and saved...much more detailed rules & judging outlines. Also drafts by using specific time slots per pick.

I enjoyed this B-a-T quite a bit...ready to do another and this one isn't even over.

sunday = deadline for pimping. i guess it isnt a requirement but we can tell teams a lot better from that.

also telling you guys right now its gonna be impossible to get judges unless we do it ourselves.. which doesnt seem like a huge deal. what does "people have already determined" who are the best teams already vs people reading it and then determining it?

I agree it won't be easy to get judges, but we might as well try by making a post on the general board or asking people who do the Bat's on the Knicks board.
