Anyway...Jj played great and when Aaron gets in game shape we'll have a pretty good sg rotation. I'd imagine Jones will be filling in spot mins at the 2 and 3. Harper, mcrob, Johnson are gone so is Q imo.

With JV playing the vets, this team won't be as bad as you think.

In retrospect, the outcome of the series on paper was misleading as they gave the Pacers all they could handle despite being Howard-less and having to develop another wrinkle to the offense. Add in the Anderson/Doo-hon effects and the overall improvement of the roster (especially depth wise), and I could very easily see this team fighting for a playoff spot next year.

this. as far as the team fielded in this past playoff series, we have actually improved at all positions. The East got tougher, but I'm not counting us out completely -- as we know, there are a lot of distractions and injuries that can happen to a team.

All of these teams in the East are better than us, we will only make the playoffs if we really overachieve or some of them underachieve. Philly, Miami, Toronto, Boston, Indiana, Atlanta, New York, and Brooklyn.

I really doubt we make the playoffs, and I sure hope we don't.

I think we will win some games, even beat some good teams along the way, ... and barely miss the playoffs. Last years team was better on paper because we had Dwight but we all know the team had checked out and still made the playoffs. I haven't looked forward to a season this much for a few years. The Magic have some guys with great attiudes and some different skill sets as well as some pretty good depth. I like the staff, ownership has the right goals and our fan base is one of the best in the league, it's all good. GO MAGIC!!!
