Look who wants this buddy again

Post#1 » by JMagic3 » Sat Nov 17, 2012 12:18 pm

Looks like Dwight is wanting to play with Josh Smith again. So funny because we went through this and so many RealGM pages for Josh Smith rumors. Will be interesting if the Lakers are actually able to get him, since Josh Smith is a free agent this summer. And Lakers don't want to give up Gasol. So who do they want to trade for Josh Smith? Steve Blake and Earl Clark for Josh? hahah.

The Los Angeles Lakers have had internal discussions for several months about acquiring Josh Smith from the Atlanta Hawks, according to sources.

Sources say, however, that the Hawks have no interest in trading Smith for a package centered around Pau Gasol.

Smith is scheduled to be an unrestricted free agent in the offseason.

For the Lakers, trading Gasol for Smith would allow the team to get younger and more athletic. Moreover, Smith is one of Dwight Howard's closest friends in the NBA.

Lakers will reach out to Houston again. They need a 3rd and maybe 4th team to get that done.

Watch houston help the Lakers get Smith for Gasol just to pair Harden with a top pf. although Gasol next to Asik would not be that bad. I think the Lakers are better with Gasol than Smith so I say let them have him, Smith and Howard are both terrible on offense so when Kobe and Nash are gone in a year or two they would not really be that good

Didn't read the whole thing but isn't Dwight saying he wants to play with Josh Smith kinda throwing Gasol under the bus so to speak? because they can't get him without Gasol being moved. Jesus Dwight why do you want your cake and want to eat it too? You're on the Lakers just shut up and play basketball and stop trying to be GM. Dude is barely there and is already trying to make moves all the while Kobe is just trying to focus on playing basketball and not saying anything about trying to make moves. Just play ball Dwight

Maybe, he's a crap human being. He only cares about himself.
Someone should tell Dwight Coward that Gasol already won some rings, gold medals, a world championship with Spain. Dwight won nothing.

Because dwight is a child, and like most younger people want the easy way out . He wants to form a super team like in 2k13how I miss the era when players wanted to play against the best....
