It has nothing to do with how well teams are currently playing either. I went to a knicks game last year and again it was all knicks fans in the arena.

I sat next to a family of Knicks fans. The boy who sat next to me would turn to me and go "haha" every time the Knicks made a major basket. Took all the restraint I had not go off on him.

It's always been that way and I've been a fan since 89. You just don't hear them cheer quite as loud when the Knicks aren't doing as well. As I said I went to one of those and won't go to any more.

Reminds me of going to magic games when the pistons were good... same swarm of obnoxious fans.

I seriously think these losses are taking their toll on JJ .. Like he's being drained.

I also think that 'IF" the magic are to make a trade somehow in the next couple of months, JJ will probably be the one dealt... 'BUT' I'm of the mindset that nothing will get done before the deadline.

You couldn't tell with THE WHOLE ARENA ROOTING FOR THE KNICKS! I'm about ready to be done with the NBA as a whole because of this bullcrap. I wanna see my team cheered for when we play at home, not see the other team cheered for. When we were a contender, nobody rooted for us when we were playing away games. Just completely unbelievable.

You have to remember that a lot of the Orlando population comes from the north. This is why Knicks and Celtics games are awful to go to.

This is your territory. Not theirs. Kick their ass once and they will never come to Amway again. 8-)

You should have known better. All the refugees from NY come to live in Orlando.

yea no kidding, and they claim NY is the greatest place on earth :-?

The irony of that is amusing....

Magic games have turned into "how many rebounds can nik get" for me. I'm past being mad at losses

I don't see how Vaughn can justify nicholson's lack of playing time by saying "match ups." Not when Carmelo gets 40 and the Knicks dominate the 4th.

Nicholsons defense is terrible that's why he hasn't got much pt lately, it's pretty obvious.

the eye test is what it is, but advanced stats seem to say otherwise (lower # is better):

and even not-so-advanced stats: i mean, his plus/minus was +14 compared to mcroberts' -18. put him in the damn game!!

Those are very misleading . He's not very good on defense especially help and team. Get over it.
