This kinda reminds me of that argument Jalen Rose had with Skip Bayless and Stephen A with regards to calling players "scrubs".

I'm sure we are all aware of how talented even the last guy on the bench is. We all know that he is also making a lot more money than the average American. But the fact remains, we are evaluating them relative to their peers. We are judging them with a higher standard, and rightfully so. In this particular context, I don't see anything wrong with calling players scrubs or worse, trash. They are NBA trash if that makes them feel any better (lol).

of course. on the other hand, watching the whole game on your seat instead of on your feet is pretty boring. and singing only '' lets-go-ma-gic clap clap clapclapclap '' isnt so cool also.

and, obviously, you dont have to be violent to make games more exciting. nowadays, violence is decreasing in sports and it is getting safer...

Can we please stop referring to players as "Trash"? Now I know that there are some player that are not as good as others. But they are all NBA player,the best of the best. So even the least talented ones are way better then most people playing the game. I am sorry, but I just get tired of reading threads where someone is referred to as trash, just to describe that player as not that good, or that someone is better. So can we all work this please. Thank you for letting me share my thoughts and vent.

The frustration is that half of the fans want our Magic to be a lot worse, and the other half, marginally better. (there is no "a lot better" in this roster).

The frustration is that no one understands what the Magic is about and half of the fanbase are still in love with Dwight and the other half is in love with the old players like Jameer and Redick and then some of the halves are in love with young studs and everyone else that does not go into that category is trash.

OK OK after reading all the previous post, let me just say then: let's all scream together and tell them to take out the damn trash. There you go, now I think that I have accommodated everyone who posted here. In reality I really have no problem with discriptive words like suck, stink or scrub. I just did not think that trash really was a good word to describe some players. Sorry if I did not elaborate on that better.

Didn't we trade Brendon Haywood because we thought Hunter would be a stud? Yikes.

In any event, I'd put Mark Acres at the top of the list of trashy Orlando Magic centers. He took crappiness to another level entirely.
