While I understand why we did what we did (and we had to do it), its gonna be hard to go to a game and not see my favorite Magic player. Furthermore, I have to explain to my 9 year old why JJ isn't on the team anymore.

Anyone got "Rebuilding an NBA Franchise Volume 2-Don't Get Attached To Anyone", the Kids version I can borrow?

Farewell JJ.

I understand why he had to go, just tough to see the player you respect the most on the team leave. Favorite basketball player of all time too. The Bucks had better do well by him!

I have it in paperback and hardcover. I also have a pop-up version for those under 5

This trade hurts because JJ was one of my favorites. He was one of the smartest people we had on this team. Going to miss him a lot. Hopefully he ends up back to us and retire a Magic. Best of luck JJ.

JJ, or should I say White Wade, you are awesome and here's hoping you win a title or two wherever you land.

I was down on JJ for his first couple of years in Orlando. Really doubted that he could ever be more than a 9th or 10th guy in the NBA.

He proved me, and other doubters wrong, and then some. He went from a guy who was at times a liability, so a solid rotation option, to one of the best reserves/role-players in the NBA.

I will miss JJ. His attitude, commitment and loyalty were all you could ask for from a player. Hope he one day finds his way back to Orlando.

He will be missed.

Best of luck to him but hated to see him leave.....however, I'm sure he doesn't like the current status of losing every night out either

One of my favorite NBA and college players ever.

Always love how he plays the game and what he brings. I'm so proud of the way he continued to work hard to improve after limited action early in his career. He was able to make a name for himself prove he belonged in the NBA when a lot of people doubted him even me...

I hope one day he comes back to Orlando.

Redick FTW !

Ha, you're a knob.

Sad to see him go. I won't be able to help but continue following his career, and I hope he lands himself a starting spot on a contender.
