Pick the top 2 players you think will benefit in PPG as a result of moving Redick at the trade deadline.

Nicholson, because he'll get way more minutes now that JV can't keep playing Ayon and McRoberts. I also think Harkless' numbers will go up because we can't slide Afflalo to SF as much as we used to.

Nicholson/Harkless

Hopefully Harris

If going up means the most PPG, I cannot see how this can be anyone but O'Quinn. His stat line is very low. And if Harringlton is kept out all season, O'Quinn's mpg stat line will triple, or more. His points will sky rocket in an absolute sense. Say a 3 point bump in his ppg stat line.

Andrew Nicholson, simply because of Ayon. I think Nik and Nich work well together

Nicholson, IMO, but we should save the current PPG and see at the end of the season who got better.

I think odds are Andrew and KOQ, but I can see Harkless increasing with increased competition, more minutes, and what seems like a desire to be more a part of the offense.

My thinking exactly. Nicolson goes from getting spotty minutes, to starting, to likely getting 35-40 minutes in the course of a few weeks. He's got the offensive ability to score. If Hark stays aggressive he can average in the teens the rest of the way. Of course then there is Harris who is a big question mark at this point.

Current (22FEB13) Statistics from NBA.COM

2012-13 Regular Season Statistics

Player PPG
Arron Afflalo 16.7
Glen Davis 15.1
Jameer Nelson 14.5
Nikola Vucevic 12.5
E'Twaun Moore 8.4
Andrew Nicholson 8.0
Maurice Harkless 5.4
DeQuan Jones 3.1
Kyle O'Quinn 3.1
Hedo Turkoglu 2.9

I personally chose Moore and Jones, but I didn't realize Moore was already averaging over 8ppg. After looking at those numbers I'd replace Moore with OQ or Moe.

Harkless should up his points to 10+ imo the rest of the way.. And Vuc should at least get more touches on offense to make his move, while Drew has the potential to score 13-15 a game with extended minutes.

That's my problem - JJ made the rest of the team better when he played, so I'm not really sure anyone really makes up those points. I'd be surprised if we can break 80 points in more than a handful of games the rest of the way.

I think we will be surprised here by Harkless. He ran the team in college, let's see if that keeps coming out. I've noticed him taking the ball up the court a lot more often in the last 10 games or so and trying to set things up.

considering JJ was good for facilitating and creating opportunities for our bigs, i don't think they necessarily benefit from the trade.

i think Harkless is starting to put everything together and really getting a feel for the game on his own, so his points are naturally going to come up. but i think Harkless is gonna get more touches just because our offense is so used to running through the wings, and he'll probably start taking chances to score.

Moe Harkless. Because of the playing time and because of his new-found aggressiveness.

Harkless
his 3 point shot is looking better, he will get more touches, this kid has me pretty excited. this summer i hope he just works on 2 things, his handles, and corner 3's. also add a little weight so he can finish at the rim easier

I just realized one answer to this poll when thinking about Nicholson; I do not think he will get a numbers bump because Harrington is slated to play. Thus I had O'Quinn as the guy to get the biggest bump; but perhaps that is wrong, depending on perspective in tracking stats.

One answer to this question is Al Harrington. He will go from an unmeasurable ppg (0 points divided by zero minutes is not a measure) to somewhere in a 8-12 ppg range. One cannot say that he is going from 0 ppg to that though, as statistically, that's not how the league tracks stats (he would have had to have played at least 1 minute to have been registered as even being a player).
