That's not the point Debbie Downer. Dipo and Harris working with the best players in the league ever day with Coach K showing interest in them being a part of future teams!

This is awesome for our guys and our team!

Good looks for them, surprised Smarts being invited but not Payton or Gordon.

"For Coach Mike Krzyzewski and Team USA, it’s a chance to start evaluating young players who may be future parts of USA Basketball squads. Guys such as Kyrie Irving and DeMarcus Cousins, who are expected to be on the USA roster for Spain, started on this USA Select team."

They're not making the team this year, playing for the future.

Harris is overatted but I really hope he proves me wrong this season, but time will tell.

Cool opinion bro. Coach K and Team USA obviously disagree and don't think Harris is overrated. I think they already did prove you wrong. Of course you can wait until he balls out this season to see it as well!

So we'll get to see an exhibition game between Team USA and the USA Select team?

It's actually amazing that Harris caught their eye. I'm actually kinda surprised, in the best way possible.

They used to do that years ago, but don't recall anything like that being shown in recent years. Might be lucky to get some behind the scenes clips. What they do show is team usa blue vs white teams - just the national team split in two. Guessing it will be the same this year.

For young kids, playing against high quality talent is more important than having fresh legs. This is very good for their development and the Magic in general.

He reps Montenegro, who sadly didn't qualify (17th in Europe).

Do you even realize how absurd this statement is? If you truly believe he is overrated, you are saying you have a more knowledgeable understand of Harris' game and what he is capable of than the Team USA coaching staff and scouts.

Very exciting news! This will be a huge season for Harris and Vucevic, and this is a great start for Harris. Oladipo is just the man, not surprised by this at all for him.

I can't imagine Tobias having a chance to sneak onto the 12-man roster.

Oladipo's odds are better though. Vic very well could outplay both Rose and Kyrie on both ends of the court.

Yea whats your problem? The article is clear about them being invited to be part of the Select team, which practices against the guys trying out. Asinine comments like yours disappoint me.

Yeah, Tobes has a similar skill set to Melo and Melo played very well for Team USA in international competition.

Other top players showing love for your game is a sign of great respect. I hope we get to hear more positive things throughout the camp.
