This is an incorrect answer. Jameer Nelson is a Maverick, not a Magician.

I cannot recall Orlando earning 10 straight wins. But I would guess it in that range.

It's nine wins. Believe it's happened twice (once during the Howard-era and once during the T-Mac era).
Who is the first Magic player to wear the number double zero (00)?

The Magic went on to win their first 30 home games the following year, giving them a 69-2 home win run.
Remarkable.

T-Mac for sure. But AFAIR there where two more. Ryno?
EDIT - man, I looked it up. Didn't know it was that many! I missed three more guys, we got 5 MIP's!

The Magic has a real history in player development. With the young bucks, there is a real path for more of these. Harris and Vučević are excellent pre-season candidates for this award. (Oladipo will improve as well, but a rookie to sophomore transition will not win a MIP award).

Monta Ellis and Gilbert Arenas disagree with you.

That's actually interesting as I think both of them being drafted in the second round has made a big impact on that..

I of course meant for Oladipo in particular. All expect him to have reasonable statistical improvements. Now if he improves in the same way that Arenas and Ellis did, by upping his score 10 ppg, then a 24 ppg scoring line could go a long way for Oladipo to get all kinds of accolades, from an invite to the all star week, to votes for MIP.
