This is the Official Magic RealGM B League Discussion Thread!

Your B League Commishes will be dsg2021 and last year's B Commish, Bensational, as Co-Commish. Two is better than one.

Season Dates,

League Check In is officially closed on Sept. 12th 1 PM EST, or earlier with an early fully checked in list.

League New Adds closes tentatively around Sept. 12th-14th Weekend, or earlier with an early fully checked in list.

League Forum Draft started Sept. 20th.

Media Day and Training Camp for the Orlando Magic start Sept. 29th & 30th.

Preseason NBA Games start Oct. 4th,
and Oct. 7th for the Orlando Magic, at Miami Heat, 7:30 PM EST.

Regular NBA Season and Fantasy Season Matches start Oct. 28th.
First two NBA Games are Orlando Magic at New Orleans, 8 PM EST (FSFL HD, FSFL, LP) and Dallas at San Antonio, 8 PM EST (TNT HD, TNT).

NBA In-Season Trade Deadline Feb. 19th, 3 PM EST, and,
Fantasy In-Season Trade Deadline Mar. 5th.

Fantasy Season Playoffs, Match Weeks 21, 22 and 23.

Settings Refresher,
So you can Fantasy research like a boss!

14 team league/6 team playoffs,
with waiver priority seeds/AKA continual rolling list, no roster position game limits but 4 max adds per week, 2 days for trade veto votes coming in, waiver time 2 days, weekly deadline - daily/tomorrow, and a March 5th trade deadline. For full rules/settings, check the Y! League.

(FG%, FT%, 3PM, PTS, TRB, AST, STL, BLK, TO)

2 PG, 2 SG, 2 SF, 2 PF, 2 C, 2 Utility, 3 Bench

- Forum Draft, Snake-style.
- Projected Top 4 B finishers move up to A League (but not if you are a non-Magic board poster). Projected Bottom 4 B finishers move down to a Official C League, if it opens.

Trivial Recap: Roller-coaster of a season! MitchellUK took the Championship after almost missing the Playoffs altogether, and playing as the 8th seed! Blue_and_Whte, MagicMan123, NotInMyBrowse, BadMofoPimp, iDinardo and Magic08 put in the top 6 most dominant Regular Fantasy Seasons. BadMofoPimp was undefeated and 1st place for a long stretch as a first year player, before NBA trades worsened his team. Glennathan pulled off the most trades, a picks swap to acquire Steph Curry's strong season, and two in-season trades to try to move up and into the Playoffs. RYgoBOOM's team was one of many hurt by injuries, except even worse than usual. 4-5 Teams did 30+ moves, mainly free agent pickups, and 8-10 Teams did at least 10+ moves.

Sorry, I've been out of the loop because I haven't joined the Fantasy Leagues for a few years. How does this work? Are the same players coming back or are you taking in new participants? If it's the latter, you can count me in.

All same players from last year can come back. Realistically, some may, some may not.

So the League could end up as extreme as all returned players from last year, or as extreme as a ton of spots for newcomers.

On C League, there is no B Leaguers going down to C League, so there is no immediate, must-do need for a C League. But I do count about 4-5 Magic board posters up for it so far, with SHAQ32 offering to Commish it. If some people get this going, it will be connected to B league so the top 4 C teams will move up to B League. C League just needs to copy/paste the B League rules/settings above and the draft thread rules from the B thread. If it goes down, whoever Commishes that can email me anytime about anything.

I am heading down to Miami Friday and won't be back til Sunday. Thus, if I have to pick, it might not happen until then.

Fair enough. It just kind of sucks to have the a-league so far ahead. Really hurts your chances of guys sliding/grabbing the sleepers you wanted when there's a perfect mock draft to go off of.
