Ric Bucher reporting Thibbs out in Chicago at seasons end, possibly bound for Orlando or Denver

Ric Bucher is reporting that Thibbs is out in Chicago at seasons end.....no matter what and could be heading our way!

I see Thibbs as either the answer, or the implosion, but he is better than all the others in my opinion! :nod:

Ric Bucher is terrible.

But if we do get Thibbs we better pray Willie Green is off the team by then or there will be a lot of Willie Green - 30 min, Aaron Gordon DNP-CD.

I could see us being attractive to Thibs - lots of players with the ability to be difference makers defensively. Still, Bucher.

That would be the best case scenario. Henny should be preparing for the worst but hoping for the best (thibbs)

Heard it last night too. Simmons predicted Thibs would end up in New Orleans next season, but Lowe interjected to include us. I'm low-key hoping the Pelicans make the playoffs and make it hard to fire Williams at the end of the season. I think we'll still have a good case for Thibs but New Orleans is stiff competition.

If you're Thibs, why come to Orlando? So you can be used as a scapegoat by the fan base and awful GM with a lottery team roster? I'm pretty sure that there are better options out there for a coach that - as of right now - has a sterling reputation around the league. Hennigan won't be looking for a coach this summer, he'll be looking for his next fall guy.

Bucher lost all credibility when he 1) got fired from ESPN and 2) put out a fake rumor last summer saying lowry to miami and bosh to toronto...
