We had no scored with about 3 mins left in the quarter. Had 2 with about a min 30. Awful. Great fan appreciation!

I would love that so long as we lose our last.

How much will Whiteside demand next season? Today he has 16/16 + 6 blocks and 4-16 from the line.
Pretty sure I read the Heat have him signed for under $1m for next season. There was talk they'll look to extend that this offseason to get that cheap year out of him.

if Miami miss the playoffs i feel like they'll be gifted a top 3 pick, if not the #1. that ol' "we're sorry LeBron bailed on you... here, have #1" consolation the NBA has been handing out the past few years.

By that logic it's our turn for Dwight bailing

Players didn't know their roles and they were searching for a leader. Now we see clearly that Oladipo was given the head spot of the team. Im wondering if there is some lack of cohesion between him and Tobias. Tobias seems so out of place in our offense yet he is still scoring efficiently. We have to find a way to revolve the offense around Harris better and use Oladipo as a secondary option.

it's been our turn for the past 2 years. i don't think the NBA feels they owe us anything.
Cleveland loses LeBron - gets 3 #1's (Kyrie, Bennet (NBA can't draft for them) and Wiggins)
New Orleans loses CP3 - gets #1 Anthony Davis
Orlando loses Dwight - gets #2 Dipo
Toronto loses Bosh - gets #5 Valanciunas (lol)
Lakers lose Dwight/Pau - gets #7
I feel like lottery pick retribution is paid via the value of the player to the team. Unless you're Toronto, in which case, the NBA just hates you. (Justifiable, given their fans)

i don't think they'll be able to extend him with no bird rights and no cap space. they'll have to wait til 2016 when they're given some extra money to burn.

Because they only signed him to a 2 yr deal, and not 3 (like we did Dedmon), Whiteside will also be an UFA in 2016. Heat can't extend or offer him a QO to make him restricted. Hopefully he screws them.

Eighteen players played in the second quarter and are combining to make $31.7 million this season. So, prorated, these players earned $96,708 over the 12-minute period, with Victor Oladipo ($15,177, 1-for-4) clearing the most and Langston Galloway ($718, 0-for-2) taking home the smallest amount for his 10 minutes, 11 seconds on the floor.
Bensational wrote:of course he will. if he continues with the growth he's shown this season, he could be a top 5 C who plays both ends and protects the rim like a freak. with all the money flying around that summer, he'll get a max $20M+ deal for sure.
