I never knew 1st round picks can become FAs by not receiving a tender. No idea this even existed.

Still don't know how having two summer league teams will work.

Are we sure it isn't 1 in Orlando and 1 in Utah? I know there wasn't much info on it.

Seems like both will play in Orlando. I guess no other team took over Philly's spot.

One of the cool things about having two SL teams is we can use one to get a good look at marginal d-league type talents, and we can use the other to give a lot of reps to Payton, AG, Dedmon, Marble, and whomever we draft.

Ah gotcha, that makes sense.

I hope they don't split core players up... like one team gets Gordon/#5 the other gets Payton and... Marble or another young guy on the roster.

That could actually be pretty interesting. An Elf led team and an AG led team.

I just want our guys to build chemistry together before the season.

I don't care if Payton is playing in sync with a 4 year college player that went undrafted in 2007 or something.

Surprised we haven't heard about workouts yet. What team is bringing who in and such.

Only thing I really saw was on facebook saying KAT won't workout for anyone and he'll only interview w/ LA and Minny.

Lets say we have the option to move our lottery pick and Fournier for either a Noel or Embiid. Who would you pick and why? 8-)

yeesh make it semi realistic at least...

...Fournier is an unproven back up who is a RFA next summer; so they'll have to match to retain him - not likely for 76's...and they already have the third pick this year (and five 2nd rounders) + 4 potential first round picks (including their own) next year. Not to mention Mario Daric will come over in 2016-17.

They don't need picks, they want young talent they believe will be a future starter on a contending level squad. That pretty much means Payton, Oladipo, Gordon or Vucevic. I wouldn't trade any of those players for unproven potential of Noel/Embid...maybe if I really had to make the choice it would be Oladipo for Noel, but no way RH does that.

now if that offer is available later in season after Harris (if we match) is eligible then Harris + Fournier for Noel seems good for both teams

On planet Neptune where this is even believable... I'd pick Embiid 100 times out of 100.

I dunno how or why, but we getting Anthony Davis next season.

You heard it here first.

Once again, so many talented options where we are drafting. This really is a deep draft.

B. Portis is always tugging at my heart strings with his passion and Interviews about his upbringing.

Hezonja seems like a potential offensive tornado.

Myles Turner could fit the perenial power forward of the NBA mold.

Kristaps could be the next euro eye opening talent freak.

Mudiay if he falls could be the steal of the draft. He was once ranked to go #1 overall.

WCS could be Tyson Chandler on speed.

Then there's trading the pick.... And heck, I wouldn't even be mad if we picked up frank kaminsky.... So many options too much time! Hurry up June 25th!
The future is bright 8-) Payton said. ``I just want to keep getting better and maybe one day I can be the all-time all assists leader for the Magic.’’

The only one I agree on is Mudiay. I have the complete opposite feeling about this draft.
