And 76ers are officially better than Magic, without Embiid they beat Bucks on the road. Heat, with another win, are 1,5 game behing Magic now, and it leaves Magic as second worst team in conference, and third most expensive one.

Around the league, Kings beat Cavs in double OT. It looks like Lebron declined a bit, not so much by stats, but simply by watching him play. He is still monster but it looks like he can't just take over a game like he used to. He is also averaging 5,3 TO per game this month.
Wade and Buttler were ranting about effort of their teammates in another L.
Raptors lost 5 in a row i think? But they are playing without DeRozan. Time to trade Ibaka?
Celtics are taking over East, they will put themselfs in position to end season as 1# team. Crazy how they still have Nets pick , Brown and rights on Žižić who is just destroying in Euroleague ( another player that Magic could draft and stash if they didn't want another young player right away and if they didn't pull Oladipo trade, also it would save them from signing Biyombo )

I'd trade anything and anyone for Jokić... We should have tried to get him while he was benched.

Man nobody thought he was good. I remember him here in Europe, he was fat and really didn't show much. There is (in)famous status from him on facebook from 2011, he asked will somebody wanted go with him to play street ball- zero likes, zero comments

He just improved over few years so much. Just 2 years ago he was backup at scrub--ish team in Adriatic league.

Talking about ex Yu players that look promising, Lakers have Zubac who is averaging 13 ppg 10,5 rpg in last 2 games in 25 mpg. One of 4 rookies this year with double double, only one with more than one double double. 19 years old.
That makes me thing that Magic should do anything in their power to try to get rights on Žižić. Things that Žižić is doing in Europe are things that Jokić and Zubac only could dream of when they were here.

The Clippers are Knicks are looking for a 3rd team to help facilitate a Carmelo Anthony to LA trade.

The Clippers are currently unwilling to part ways for JJ or Rivers but are hoping to find a third team willing to swallow the contract of Jamal Crawford.

We need an offensive wing. Crawford can still score in bunches. That isn't the worst poison pill in the world so long as the pot is sweetened with something else. Is there anything we would want and could leverage by helping them? The Clippers can't offer us a draft pick until 2019. If the Knicks are trading Anthony, then they are rebuilding and likely unwilling to surrender a pick... right?

Basically, do the Knicks want out of the Carmelo deal enough to part with a pick? We have plenty of expiring contracts for them...

Hoiberg pretty much just fired himself .Benched Wade and Butler because of their comments about teammates effort, Butler had 1-13 FG game, Wade 6-17. They are dumpster fire.

I was also wondering what Orlando could get to absorb Crawford's contract. I assume the Magic would trade Green in this - going to New York for cap space - and perhaps a Clippers first could be targeted, maybe with a Knicks second (which should be high'ish).

So: is Green for Crawford, a Clippers first and a Knicks second a good trade for Orlando?

More like Green for Crawford with Knicks getting Clippers 1st and a Magic 2nd.

Jamal Crawford is 36 years old. He is shooting below 40%. After the season he is owed 14.5M a year for two more years. Orlando takes Crawford as a bad contract and must gain assets for doing so.

What is good about Crawford is that Orlando doesn't need to find another "Green" every year until the re-rebuild takes hold.

If those two teams are desperate to make a Melo deal and want to push Crawford onto a 3rd team then they need to sweeten the pot with more than a 2nd rounder or it just ain't gonna happen.

The Clippers don't have any first round picks till 2021. They have a 2nd round pick from Cleveland in 2020 and a couple of prospects in Brice Johnson and Diamond Stone. If the Knicks REALLY don't want Crawford we can send them Green and get one of those items for it.

I think Crawford would be a good player for us.

People get off Clippers- Knicks deal.
They have nothing you would want. Crawford is done . Dude is turning 37 this year, Clippers don't even own rights to their first round picks for years, Knicks just want out of Melo deal. Magic would gain literally nothing in any type of deal with that two teams because that teams have nothing to offer.
