I watch all the games and root against the Cavs while cheering their opponents the entire game.
I just get sick and tired of seeing this the entire game. He cries non-stop at the refs. Lebron is the greatest WHINING BABY to ever play the game.
Didn't you hear man? He is the "king" the "chosen one" he is entitled to all the calls and all the glory when his team wins and none of the blame when he loses. He can flop and crab dribble and barrel over smaller players all he wants and only collect a career average of 1.9 fouls per game!
I get it...I'm a LBJ fan and I get annoyed by it too. Sometimes it's over the top. But I lump this in with the "personal" reasons that people use to discount his ability as a player.
You hate the way he complains? Valid
Think he was an idiot for "the Decision"? Valid
Think he's egotistic? Valid
But I hear people say he's not the best player in the league or he's not a clutch player, or he can't win in the Finals and so on and so forth. It's crazy considering how fleeting success can be in this league. He's held to these absurd standards because people expect him to be that good. I think that kind of speaks for itself when it comes to his legacy as a player.
He is great, but would he be as great as he is if he didn't get away with so many bullcrap calls. In game 3 or 4, he had one play where he slowly walked with the ball 3-4 giant steps, gets fouled, stops, thinks about it, then flips the ball into the basket and gets the AND-1!!!! Just blatant NBA and Refs catering to Lebron. Now, if he was just a nobody with those gifts he has, he wouldn't get the points, the FT's and the low foul count he has. It would make him seem lesser of a player.
