Oladipo is improving his off the ball game every year with his shooting, much better passer, vastly superior athleticism all around and can be a great defensive player. He really has a well rounded game and is only going to get better.

Oladipo has been given more playmaking responsibility, but while both he and Tobias are competent passers, neither are throwing highlight assists. Oladipo is a great athlete, but Tobias is big and strong for a 3 while being an average athlete at worst for his position. True, Victor is the better defender and I wasn't accounting for that when considering each player's relative potential.

Harris had one good season shooting the ball from three, good post player, good on slipping screens and attacking the defense but he had stuff hips and limited lateral mobility and length.

His defense isn't as bad as it's made out to be, and his arm span is 6'11.[/quote]
You need to draw up plays for Harris to score more so than oladipo.

Um, no? They're both good at getting to the rim, and Harris doesn't have a tendency to over-dribble.
Remember when Kobe elbowed Jameer in the chin so hard Jameer was knocked down and sent skidding across the floor?
